TWO NEW YOGA THERAPY SERIES STARTING IN MAY 2025

In Yoga Therapy classes we look at nourishing postures and building integrity within fascial lines as well as aiming for peak nervous system regulation

NEW GROUP SERIES

*YOGA THERAPY for BACK CARE: Click here 

MAY 13th - June 17th 2025 

This class is all about nourishment and stabilization of the back, hips and neck. There is a myofascial release portion at the end of each session. 

*YOGA THERAPY for HIPS, KNEES AND FEET: Click here

MAY 15th - JUNE 19th 2025 

We look to increase comfort and range of motion in the hips, knees and feet. Each session will include foot rolling, massage or myofascial release.  

PRIVATE YOGA THERAPY SESSIONS

Private Yoga Therapy sessions are to address any areas you wish to strengthen, lengthen, find alignment, nourish and soothe. Based on your own personal goals we co-create a specific plan tailored to empower you with self healing. The approach is trauma sensitive and based upon choice. Julia has had decades of experience as a trainer working with a variety of conditions and ages. Her light-hearted and flexible approach is infused with knowledge and compassion. She has worked with clients dealing with chronic pain, addiction recovery, SI joint dysfunction, arthritis, perimenopause, menopause and other chronic conditions.

Julia offers a sliding scale starting at $75 per session. Prices may vary due to distance traveled to site. 

WHAT IS YOGA THERAPY

According to Ajna Yoga College, "Yoga Therapy is a holistic approach to health and wellbeing. It includes mindful breathing, gentle and supported yoga postures, anatomy education, and meditation. Yoga therapists are trained to work with clients experiencing injury, illness, and mental health issues. Rather than diagnose or try to treat medical conditions, we use the evidence-based tools and techniques of yoga to cultivate an integration of the body, mind, and spirit."
